About The Spay Neuter Project

The Spay Neuter Project (SNP) is a project of No Kill Columbia, Inc., a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.

Founded in 2011, No Kill Columbia is a grassroots, volunteer driven, 501c3 animal advocacy non- profit organization dedicated to saving lives of companion animals in our community.

In 2013, we were accepted into the Humane Alliance-ASPCA mentorship program with a mission to  to make

high-quality spay/neuter services and life saving vaccines affordable and accessible for ALL pet owners.

By removing financial barriers, we are reducing the unplanned and homeless pet population, and helping pet owners keep their pets happy and healthy, and families whole.

The SNP is staffed by compassionate, licensed veterinarians specializing in spay/neuter, licensed veterinary technicians, and assistants.

We will be forever grateful to our supportive community who helped raise funds to open the clinic, to Humane Alliance- The ASPCA Spay/Neuter Mentorship program for their guidance and expertise in operating a

high-volume, high-quality clinic, and to PetSmart Charities® for the generous equipment grant.

Together we are making a difference for pets and those who love them in Mid Missouri!
