PAYMENT POLICY

​Payment must be made at the time of scheduling​​

Appointment times will be made available to other clients if payment is not received within 24 hours, unless alternative arrangements are made in advance

Payment is required at checkout for appointments scheduled online, but will not be approved until information is reviewed and approved by the clinic staff
​​​

An e-invoice will be sent via email for all appointments made by phone or text, and must be paid within 24 hours
​
While we provide most services at or below cost, we realize this may still be a burden for some. If you are experiencing financial instability and need additional assistance, please call the clinic and ask if we can help.

Cash payment may be made in person at SNP either at the time of scheduling or within 24 hours
​​

A convenience fee of $3.50 will be added to debit and credit card transactions over $40 to help SNP offset costly card processing fees
​​

Most major credit cards are accepted (We apologize, but we are unable to accept American Express at this time)
​​

SNP does not accept checks, pet insurance, or financing/payment plans
​​​​​
Assistance provided through Spay Neuter Project's "SPAY IT FORWARD" fund is made possible by financial gifts provided by generous private donors and fundraising event proceeds.​"Spay It Forward" funds is awarded on a case-by-case basis to applicants meeting the predetermined criteria. PLEASE NOTE: Discounts, specials, and financial assistance provided through grant opportunities, limited "vendor or event" discount pricing, and our non-profit funding partners is subject to availability. Funds are disbursed at the discretion of the awarding organization and are not affiliated with or guaranteed by SNP.
