By opting in to receive SMS messages from Spay Neuter Project (SNP), a subsidiary of No Kill Columbia, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (Terms).  

 

SMS Messaging Service:

By initiating a text conversation with Spay Neuter Project about my pet, I understand that I am opting in and consent to receive recurring conversational text messages from SNP regarding important information about my pets’ health, appointment reminders, and general two-way communication about my pet's health, wellbeing, scheduling and services.

Message Frequency: may vary with more than one message from us unless you opt out. You will likely receive updates about your pet's condition while receiving care in our clinic, routine annual wellness reminders and applicable clinic information at least once a year. SNP reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages at any time to increase or decrease the total number of messages.

Message and Data Rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s terms.

Privacy Policy:  Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Cancellation/Opt-Out Instructions:  You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received from SNP. After you opt out of text messaging, you will receive one additional message confirming your request has been processed. If you would like to opt back in, please text AGREE to resubscribe.
